Evening Timeline
6 -7 pm
- Pick up a reunion booklet and name tags (your graduation picture will be on your tag so we know who we were/are)
- Stop by the memorial table to remember deceased classmates
- Take advantage of our professional photographer for pictures with your spouse, friends, or anyone photo worthy
- Enjoy the appetizer station and cash bar
- Mingle with an "Icebreaker Bingo" card in hand to get answers to questions about your classmates
- Welcome, announcements, prayer, dinner
- Dessert and business meeting.
- Items to discuss in the business meeting are: frequency of future reunions, memorial fund and use
- Mingle and hang out with classmates
- Non-alcoholic drink station and bar will be open
Meal Highlights
Appetizers will be a chips, guac, and salsa station
The meal will be a Smokehouse BBQ buffet with smoked brisket, smoked pulled pork, and smoked chicken.
Sides will be potato salad, tossed side salad, coleslaw, mac'n cheese, corn bread, and corn on the cobb
Beverages will be available at a non-alcholic drink station with water, iced tea, lemonade, and coffee and the cash bar will be open
Dessert will be an assortment of cookies, brownies, and blondies
